Q. How long will it take for Delivery?
A. Standard delivery time is 3-4 working days. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days, please contact us at care@funkyaccessories.com

Q. Can I choose a faster delivery method?
A. Yes you can choose a faster delivery method, Next working day special delivery, which is £4.95, and does not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We do not return any money paid towards special delivery, if you return the items.

Q. Can I return my part or whole purchase?
A. Yes you can return part or whole purchase.

Q. What can I return?
A. For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of Earrings and Belly Piercing, other then that you can return anything else within 7 days of receiving the items. We do not return any money paid towards special delivery, if you return the items.


Q. Do I pay for the postage for returning the items?
A. Yes you will need to pay for the returns postage. We will not refund the return postage to you. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. Therefore it is recommended, while returning any items, you use postage services that insure your items.

Q. I have received items that are damaged?
A. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by email to care@funkyaccessories.com right away and return the item to us within 7 days, and we will replace the item free of charge.

Q. Why is the colour not exactly the same as in the picture?
A. We try our best to take as exact pictures of the products as we can, due to lighting and other effects, there may be some color variation.
